University of Utah launches Utah 360, bringing multiple campus apps into one platform for students, staff and alumni

Utah 360 brings together and replaces multiple apps to create a single platform for students, staff, alumni, and sports fans at University of Utah.

Utah 360 combines a legacy sports app, general campus app, ticketing system, and an alumni portal. The app will be personalized for each user’s needs and interests.

Students can use the app to access their Ucard balance, campus events, receive safety alerts, campus maps, student groups, and other resources.

Sports fans can use the app to access sporting event tickets, view game schedules and find parking. Alumni are able to keep up with news, events, and alumni information.

“The Utah 360 app helps every member of the U community streamline communication, so they’re getting the relevant and useful information they want and need in one location,” explains Jeff Labrum, Chief Operating Officer at the University of Utah.

The app was developed with Pathify’s Engagement Hub after a competitive request for proposal process earlier this year. The Chief Operating Officer’s office selected the platform due to its ability to serve numerous audiences in a single interface and the capacity for future enhancements.

“Utah 360 perfectly captures the spirit of what Pathify does – bring clarity, simplicity and personalization to the higher ed experience,” adds Chase Williams, Pathify CEO and Co-Founder. “We’re proud to fundamentally reimagine how people interact with universities digitally.”
