ETIH Innovation Awards FAQs

Is there a fee to enter the awards?

Yes. Entry costs £80 per submission, or £150 for two or more entries.

Payment can be made securely via the website using PayPal or bank transfer. Once payment is received and your entry form has been submitted, you will receive confirmation via email.

You can pay for your awards submission here.

Can I enter more than one category?

Yes. You can enter as many categories as you like. Each entry must be tailored to the specific award criteria. You can find all of the categories here.

Do I need to complete all sections of the entry form?

No, but the more information you provide, the stronger your submission will be. We recommend including clear objectives, measurable results, and case study examples where relevant.

Is there a timeframe for eligible projects or initiatives?

Yes. Your project, platform, or initiative should have been launched or substantially delivered within the last 12 months.

Who will see our entry form and what will be made public?

Only the judging panel and the ETIH editorial team will have access to submitted entry forms. If shortlisted or selected as a winner, a summary of your entry may be published on the ETIH website or in the awards issue of our magazine.

Do you accept international entries?

Yes. Entries are open to organizations, institutions, and companies across the UK, the Americas, and internationally.

What is the judging process?

Entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges with expertise across edtech, education, and workforce development.

The judging panel will be announced shortly.

When is the submission deadline?

When will the shortlist be announced?
