SkillWaze, Pangea Learning and DAP announce new strategic alliance, creating a career-ready pathway for collegiate athletes
SkillWaze, an AI skill verification platform, has announced a new strategic alliance with Pangea Learning and Dynamic Athlete Placement (DAP).
The partnership aims to create a talent development pipeline, solving global skills gaps by providing student athletes at top universities with access to career-ready skill training and verification.
The pipeline will connect competitive digital native students with employers in critical sectors such as healthcare, military, manufacturing, and fintech.
DAP will serve as an entry point for its pool of student athletes, while Pangea will provide a library of online courses and career readiness resources.
SkillWaze’s AI technology will be used to verify learner capabilities, while also providing access to structured work experience, where students will be scored on their work effort, quality and skills.
