This edition focuses on Best AI-Powered EdTech Solution, a category recognizing platforms that use artificial intelligence to deliver personalization, automate key tasks, enhance decision-making, or enable entirely new learning experiences. Entries must demonstrate evidence of impact, innovation, and responsible deployment.

What this category covers

This category highlights AI solutions designed to strengthen learning, teaching, administration, or student support across all education sectors. Eligible entries include platforms that use AI to adapt learning, provide insights, streamline processes, or support better outcomes for educators and students.

Entries may include solutions for:

  • AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning

  • automated feedback, assessment, or marking

  • predictive analytics for student support and success

  • AI-enabled content creation or curriculum planning

  • workflow automation for teachers or administrators

  • conversational agents, tutoring tools, or virtual assistants

  • AI-powered decision-making models for institutions

  • responsible AI frameworks, safeguards, and transparency tools

Solutions must demonstrate meaningful use in education settings.

What judges will look for

Judges will assess whether the solution meaningfully improves learning, teaching, or operations through AI, while maintaining responsible and transparent practices.

Entries should address:

  • the specific challenge the AI solution is designed to solve

  • how AI models, automation, or analytics deliver measurable value

  • safeguards, governance, and approaches to bias, privacy, or data security

  • evidence of impact such as improved outcomes, reduced workload, or efficiency gains

  • user feedback from educators, students, or institutional leaders

  • clarity about how AI decisions or outputs are communicated to users

Strong submissions will show both innovation and accountability, backed by real-world results.

How to strengthen your submission

Entrants are encouraged to explain the research, pedagogy, and model choices that shaped the solution. Judges value clarity on how AI is applied, how users interact with it, and why specific design decisions were made.

Submissions will be strengthened by:

  • measurable outcomes linked to AI features

  • evidence of responsible, transparent deployment

  • examples of how the solution integrates into workflows or instruction

  • clear plans for future development or scaling

Feedback from educators, administrators, or learners, including surveys, case studies, or pilot findings, will help illustrate the solution’s effectiveness and usability.

How to enter

To enter, visit the categories page, select Best AI-Powered EdTech Solution, and complete the form. The entry deadline is Friday, 27 March 2026. The shortlist will be announced on Tuesday, 2 April 2026, and winners will be revealed on Monday, 27 April 2026.

Entry costs £80 per submission, or £150 for two or more entries. Payment can be made via our website. Once your entry form and payment have been received, confirmation will be sent by email.
