Multiverse appoints former EZRA leader Kelly Griffith as Senior Vice President Coaching & Delivery
Former Chief Coaching Officer to lead company’s largest team, as demand for high quality human coaching accelerates alongside AI adoption

Multiverse, an upskilling platform for AI and tech adoption, has announced the appointment of Kelly Griffith as Senior Vice President of Coaching & Delivery.
Griffith joins to lead Multiverse’s largest operational team, bringing a proven track record of scaling high-quality, global coaching networks to support the company’s rapidly growing learner base across the UK and Europe.
The appointment comes as Multiverse continues to scale its delivery organisation to meet expanding enterprise demand.
Griffith joins from EZRA, the professional coaching platform, where she spent seven years as Chief Coaching Officer. During her tenure, she built EZRA’s global coaching community from the ground up to over 4,500 professionals across more than 100 countries.
A qualified coach herself, Griffith brings deep operational experience and first-hand knowledge of professional development to the role.

Rigorous industry experience
Multiverse’s coaching model combines rigorous industry experience with specialised support. Coaches spend an average of over five years working in industry before joining Multiverse, and over 100 hold advanced degrees.
Coaches are evaluated against Multiverse’s Compass Framework, complete an average of 60 hours of technical upskilling annually, and maintain above a nine out of ten rating from learners.
