VinciWorks launches AI powered compliance tool aimed at improving knowledge retention

New Conversational Learning platform introduces interactive, adaptive training for workplace compliance.

VinciWorks, a London-based compliance eLearning and workplace inclusion software company, has launched Conversational Learning, an AI-driven training system designed to replace traditional modules with interactive, personalized learning experiences.

The new platform is intended to address long-standing issues around passive compliance training and limited retention. It uses generative AI to create real-time conversations that respond to the learner’s tone, confidence, and answers.

Focus on engagement and retention

According to VinciWorks, the system is underpinned by 20 years of compliance data and ethical frameworks, and draws on active learning principles that have shown to improve retention. Learners interact with the AI via typing or voice, in any language, to complete scenarios designed to build critical thinking skills.

Conversational Learning combines the science of retention with the power of generative AI to deliver training that people actually remember and apply. Compliance training, if done right, should not be a hindrance, but should empower employees to make decisions and act independently while keeping business safe.”

The system delivers feedback to managers using qualitative reports that assess learner responses and engagement. These insights are designed to identify knowledge gaps and help learning and development teams better target future support.

Early rollout and curriculum areas

Twelve modules are currently available, including:

  • Anti-Bribery: Discussing the Risks

  • Corporate Fraud: Prevention in Conversation

  • Online Safety: Talking About Social Engineering

  • Mental Health: A Conversation on Supporting Colleagues

  • Sexual Harassment: A Discussion on Boundaries and Consent

Other topics cover tax evasion, safeguarding, phishing, bullying, and equality. More modules are expected as the platform scales across sectors and regions.

Richard Rowan, Head of Learning and Development, took part in beta testing. He says: “We were thrilled to be part of the beta testing for Conversational Learning. In fact, 84% of our trial users found Conversational Learning more engaging than traditional eLearning, and 84% said they felt motivated to complete the training.
