OpenAI describes its ChatGPT product team as a “rapidly evolving, high-impact group” that develops safe and useful AI-powered experiences. Education has become one of the most common uses of ChatGPT, covering students, educators, and adults seeking new skills in a fast-changing economy.

The company says the education team “aims to deliver measurable gains in cognition and achievement, partnering closely with students, educators, and country leaders to ensure new tools are safe, effective, and trusted.”
