MasterClass launches ‘future-proof’ certificate program developed with Microsoft, Alphabet, the Navy SEAL Foundation, and NVIDIA

MasterClass, an online learning platform, has launched MasterClass Certificates. Developed with companies including Microsoft, NVIDIA, the Navy SEAL Foundation and Alphabet’s Moonshot Factory.

The courses claim to offer high-impact skills that help learners adapt in evolving environments.

A recent survey conducted by MasterClass and The Harris Poll, more than half of respondents (56 percent) said they worry their skills will become irrelevant because their industry is evolving so quickly and 54 percent say they wish their employers would offer support for AI training.

"Jobs are being rewritten. The people who thrive learn faster than the job changes," explains David Rogier, Founder and CEO at MasterClass. "That's why we built MasterClass Certificates: practical reps, portfolio-grade work, and a credential that actually means something from people who are changing the world."

Each MasterClass Certificate course was built with industry leaders and includes up to 20 hours of content, including video lessons and interactive readings. Learners will be given a shareable certificate that can be shared on LinkedIn or in interviews.

The courses also include a personalized project that is reviewed for quality and designed to be ready to share with potential employers or clients. Learners will be given AI feedback, helping them to refine their skills.

The first four courses launching are:

  • Leadership and Decision-Making Under Pressure, developed with Navy SEAL Foundation

  • Breakthrough Innovation Strategy: From Bold Ideas to Business Impact, built with X, the Google Moonshot Factory

  • Lead with AI: Adapt, Implement, and Transform Your Organization, built in collaboration with Microsoft

  • Scaling AI Strategy: Build, Launch, and Drive What’s Next, developed with NVIDIA

Further courses will be added later.
