EdTech innovators have three weeks left to enter the ETIH Innovation Awards 2026
EdTech organisations, educators, and institutions have three weeks remaining to submit entries for the ETIH Innovation Awards 2026, which recognise innovation and measurable impact across the global education technology sector.
With the Friday, 27 March 2026 entry deadline approaching, EdTech Innovation Hub (ETIH) is encouraging organisations, institutions, and educators working across education and skills to submit their work for consideration.
The awards highlight solutions, platforms, and initiatives that demonstrate real-world impact across teaching, learning, workforce development, and education systems. Categories span areas including artificial intelligence, digital learning platforms, student engagement, workforce and skills development, and collaboration between education and industry.
Entries are open to EdTech companies, schools, colleges, universities, charities, and education programmes operating in the UK, Americas and globally.
Judged by education and EdTech experts
Entries for the ETIH Innovation Awards 2026 will be reviewed by an independent judging panel made up of educators, researchers, and sector leaders working across schools, universities, and education technology.
Judges announced so far include Al Kingsley MBE, Tina Austin, Neil Almond, and Catherine Buckler, with more judges to be announced in the coming weeks.
Kingsley is Group CEO of NetSupport and Chair of a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust, with more than 30 years of experience across education technology, governance, and SEND advocacy.
Austin is an AI ethics consultant, educator, and creator of the UnBlooms Framework, working internationally with universities and education systems on responsible and critical approaches to artificial intelligence in education.
Almond is Senior Lead for Teacher Development at the STEP Ahead Teaching School Hub within STEP Academy Trust, where he supports teacher development, curriculum design, and professional learning across schools.
Buckler is Digital Innovation Lead and Head of Geography at Sydenham High School and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Bath, researching how major technology companies frame the adoption of AI in education.
Together, the judging panel reflects a mix of classroom practice, academic research, and EdTech leadership, ensuring submissions are assessed through the lens of real educational impact, as well as technical development.
Recognising impact across the EdTech ecosystem
The ETIH Innovation Awards were established to recognise organisations and initiatives that are shaping how technology supports teaching, learning, and skills development.
Categories cover a wide range of areas across the education technology ecosystem, including AI-powered learning tools, digital platforms used in schools and higher education, student engagement technologies, workforce and career development solutions, and collaborations between education providers and industry.
Alongside technology providers, the awards also recognise the work of educators and institutions embedding EdTech into real teaching and learning environments.
Why organisations are entering
For many organisations, the awards provide an opportunity to showcase measurable outcomes, highlight partnerships with educators, and share examples of innovation across the sector.
Shortlisted organisations will receive official digital badges and be featured in category-focused shortlist articles on the ETIH website. Winners will be highlighted in dedicated articles covering each category and promoted across ETIH’s website, newsletter, and LinkedIn channels.
The awards also aim to provide visibility for emerging solutions and initiatives that are demonstrating impact in education settings.
