EverDriven launches Giving Tuesday initiative supporting students, districts, and families with micro-grants

EverDriven, a provider of alternative student transport, has announced the launch of ‘driving access forward,’ a new initiative that provides micro-grants to support students, families, and staff with essentials during the upcoming holiday season.

EverDriven will provide small grants ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 to up to ten school districts across the US. The funds can be used to support a wide range of immediate needs, including access to essential supplies, emergency resources, community-based support, and other priorities as selected by school districts.

The company specializes in transportation solutions for students with special needs, those experiencing homelessness, and other non-traditional riders, operating in 34 states across the US.

As well as the micro-grants, EverDriven says it will also support school districts and the communities they serve by highlighting real-world stories of how the grants are being used throughout December.

“We have heard from many districts that students, families, and districts face essential needs, especially during the holiday season,” explains Courtney Pallotta, Chief Marketing Officer at EverDriven.

“Through Driving Access Forward, we are helping districts bridge those gaps by providing flexible support where it is needed most. We expect this program to positively impact hundreds of students and families nationwide and deepen our partnership with districts, reinforcing our commitment to equitable access for all.”

Earlier this year, EverDriven announced a major investment, expanding its product engineering hub and tripling its technology workforce.
