Corporate Governance Institute rolls out Enterprise Learning Platform for boards and executive leadership

The Corporate Governance Institute (TCGI) has launched a new Enterprise Learning Platform designed to provide structured education for board directors, executive leaders, and senior managers.
The platform responds to ongoing concerns about leadership accountability and governance failures in sectors ranging from healthcare and tech to finance and public services.
TCGI provides governance education globally. Its new solution aims to embed consistent standards of training across leadership levels, with the goal of improving organizational culture, risk management, and long-term value creation.
Modular format and role-based delivery
The platform includes more than 180 microlearning lessons covering governance, strategy, ESG, culture, risk, AI, and cyber risk. It also offers expert-led webinars and tailored learning paths for board members, executives, and functional leaders. Delivery is scalable across entire organizations.
Jayne D’Silva, Head of Global Enterprise Sales at TCGI, says: “Poor governance isn’t just a boardroom issue anymore — it’s a systemic problem affecting entire leadership ecosystems. We’re seeing repeated failings not because of bad intentions, but because too many leadership teams lack the education and insight needed to navigate today’s challenges. That’s exactly what Enterprise Learning is designed to fix.”
Emphasis on performance and prevention
TCGI cites McKinsey & Company research that links strong governance practices to 23 percent higher profitability. But the platform also aims to address broader issues of leadership cohesion, trust, and stakeholder alignment.
Ciaran Bollard, CEO of The Corporate Governance Institute, says: “In too many cases, governance is only taken seriously after the damage is done, we want to change that. Education is the preventative medicine leadership teams need to ensure good decisions, accountable behavior, and long-term value creation.”
