BorderPlus says nurses trained with its AI platform achieve higher interview success rates than other applicants
BorderPlus, a healthcare talent and training platform, has shared new research that shows nurses trained using its AI-powered BorderPlus Companion platform achieve significantly higher interview success rates than typical candidates.
The survey was conducted with healthcare employers in Germany and found that nurses trained with BorderPlus demonstrated faster deployment and better job readiness than typical applicants.
Employers said the leading differentiators were stronger German proficiency, better clinical communication skills, and a deeper understanding of workplace culture.
BorderPlus Companion claims to target acute shortages of nursing staff with its AI-powered language and readiness platform. Using real-time hospital simulations, language coaching, and personalized feedback, it ensures all nurses meet the required standards of German employers.
BorderPlus plans to expand the platform to additional European countries as part of later expansion.
“By combining structured education, mentorship, and AI-powered tools, our nurses are fully prepared for both their interviews and life in Germany,” explains Ayush Mathur, Co-founder at BorderPlus. “Technology bridges the gap between training and real-world expectations, giving our candidates a measurable advantage from day one.”
