Think Together welcome four new experts to growing leadership team as it plans to focus on AI and digital products

Think Together, a nonprofit organization focused on afterschool programs, staffing and school improvement services, has added four new leaders to its Impact Portfolio team.

Think Together says the expanded leadership team arrives as it is entering a new phase with a focus on digital products and AI tools. These innovations will be part of the Impact Portfolio’s initiatives.

Derek Lasher joins as Senior Vice President of Product, leading on the development of a new suite of digital offerings for Think Together, working to build AI-powered tools that support school leaders and student achievement.

Anthony Monahan joins as Vice President of Product Design and will lead on the Impact Portfolio product design, creating AI-driven user experiences across all portfolio products.

Billy Cruz joins as Vice President of Software Engineering, where he will lead the engineering function within the Impact Portfolio.

Johnny Santos joins as Chief of Staff and will lead efforts to drive operational alignment, support cross-functional collaboration, and promote shared learning across the organization's innovation efforts.

Reporting to Chief of Innovation Matt Scharpnick, all four of the new leaders will support Think Together’s Impact Portfolio, supporting its efforts to deliver tech-forward education solutions.

"As we move into a bold new chapter of growth and innovation, these leaders bring a dynamic combination of experience, creativity, and technical expertise that will help Think Together scale its impact," comments Randy Barth, Founder and CEO at Think Together.

"Each brings a track record of building successful teams and solutions that align perfectly with our vision to transform education systems."
