ParentPay Group appoints Emma Wilcox to drive digital adoption in Welsh schools
ParentPay Group has named Emma Wilcox as Wales Partnership Manager to support schools in making better use of existing digital platforms under budget and workload pressures.

ParentPay has appointed Emma Wilcox to oversee its work with schools in Wales, focusing on how digital tools can be used more effectively to manage administration, improve communication, and free up teacher time.
Wilcox brings experience as a school governor and as a former user of ParentPay services, giving her direct insight into the challenges schools face with budgets and staff workloads. Her role will involve working with local authorities and schools to encourage more efficient use of existing systems rather than additional purchases.
ParentPay highlighted that its tools, including SIMS and the ParentPay platform, are already in place across many UK schools but often underused due to training and time constraints. Wilcox’s remit is to demonstrate how schools can maximize these platforms to ease administration and strengthen parental engagement.
Wilcox, says: “I know first-hand how hard local authorities and schools in Wales work under tight budgets and time pressures. My focus is on showing leaders and teachers how they can get more out of the digital tools they already have, so they can spend less time on administration and more time on what really matters – teaching and supporting pupils.”
