Nelnet launches Propelr, a new employee learning provider aiming to improve workplace training

Nelnet, a payment solutions provider, has launched Propelr, a digital learning platform aiming to improve workplace training and increase retention.

Propelr offers scalable, efficient and engaging training that can be used for onboarding, compliance training, professional development, and customer education.

The company says it specializes in workplaces with high-impact training needs, such as manufacturing, where safety and compliance are both critical. Propelr will also support hospitality and retail teams, offering flexible employee and customer training options.

While making use of AI to create, track and report on courses, Propelr still claims to have a “human-centred approach” with a dedicated support team.

Including gamification, the courses aim to keep employees engaged and can be adapted to work across different shifts, facilities and workforces.

"Effective employee education is critical for business success," comments Scott Spethman, President at Propelr. "We're leveraging proven strategies for effective digital learning to help businesses train smarter, retain talent and accelerate growth."

"Training isn't just a box to check," adds Gill Williams, National Sales Manager at Propelr. "It's how businesses and people grow. At Propelr, we're helping organizations build confidence and unlock workforce potential at every level."
