EverDriven expands executive team to support scaled growth in student transportation
COO, CFO, and two vice presidents join EverDriven as demand rises for modernized K–12 transportation services across the U.S.

EverDriven, a U.S.-based alternative student transportation company, has announced four new leadership appointments as part of its wider operational expansion.
The hires include Megan Von Wald as chief operations officer and Phil Graves as chief financial officer, along with Alan Fliegelman as vice president of product and Jenn Cotter as vice president of revenue operations.
EverDriven specializes in non-traditional student transportation services, working with more than 700 districts across 36 states. The company provides tailored support for students with disabilities, students experiencing housing instability, and others with specialized needs.
New operations and finance leadership
Von Wald will lead EverDriven’s national operations, supporting drivers and local teams. Her background includes roles at Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy and Galvanize Inc., where she led service strategies and managed distributed tech-enabled operations.
“EverDriven is at an incredible inflection point,” says Von Wald. “I’m excited to help bring a modern approach to service—one that honors the human connection while leveraging technology to revolutionize how we support students, school districts, and caregivers. This work is deeply personal, and I’m proud to be part of a company that’s making a meaningful difference every day.”
Graves, who will lead financial strategy and growth planning, brings prior experience from values-based companies such as Patagonia, as well as a background in financial advisory services.
“EverDriven has a clear opportunity to scale both its impact and its business,” says Graves. “Building the financial infrastructure to support that growth while staying aligned with our mission is key. The stronger our financial foundation, the more effectively we can expand access to education and deliver long-term value to the communities we serve.”
Focus on scalability and operational alignment
The executive team additions follow earlier appointments this year in product and marketing. Fliegelman and Cotter are expected to oversee product delivery and revenue operations, respectively. Their focus will include aligning internal systems as the company increases its national footprint.
CEO Mitch Bowling says the hires reflect a broader strategic move to position EverDriven as a “future-ready” transportation provider.
“These leaders bring deep operational and financial expertise that will allow us to scale responsibly, accelerate innovation, and keep safety and equity at the center of every decision,” says Bowling.
