Didask raises €10m in Atlantic Vantage Point and Citizen Capital led funding round to scale AI powered learning platform

French e-learning provider Didask has raised €10 million in funding to accelerate the development of its artificial intelligence (AI) powered platform and launch a new Knowledge Assistant.

Led by Atlantic Vantage Point and Citizen Capital, with support from MAIF Impact, JuneX and Takara Capital, the funding will support Didask in its ambition to become the leading digital training provider in Europe.

The funds will be used to accelerate the development of the Didask platform and its instructional AI. It will also allow Didask to launch its virtual Knowledge Assistant.

The AI-powered Knowledge Assistant will be integrated into Didask’s daily work tools, allowing employees to develop skills in a fluid and sustainable way to support informal learning while working. The assistant aims to help employees seamlessly upskills during daily tasks.

Didask also says it intends to expand its team, which currently includes more than 80 experts and strengthen its international presence.

Didask’s software is already used by more than 200 companies and training providers and has reported exponential growth and a turnover that has doubled each year since 2022.

Son Ly, CEO and Co-founder at Didask, comments: “This fundraiser is a key step in making our instructional technology accessible to everyone, helping employees to learn effectively on a daily basis and expanding out international impact.”

François Robinet, Managing Partner at AVP, adds: “We are thrilled to partner with Didask, a company that is a pioneer in the evolution of online learning. Their platform, combining instructional AI and cognitive sciences, is revolutionizing training and skills development. This investment reflects our desire to invest in vertical applications based on AI.”

RTIH AI in Retail Awards

Our sister title, RTIH, organiser of the industry leading RTIH Innovation Awards, proudly brings you the first edition of the RTIH AI in Retail Awards, which is now open for entries.

As we witness a digital transformation revolution across all channels, AI tools are reshaping the omnichannel game, from personalising customer experiences to optimising inventory, uncovering insights into consumer behaviour, and enhancing the human element of retailers' businesses.

With 2025 set to be the year when AI and especially gen AI shake off the ‘heavily hyped’ tag and become embedded in retail business processes, our newly launched awards celebrate global technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world and the resulting benefits for retailers, shoppers and employees.

Our 2025 winners will be those companies who not only recognise the potential of AI, but also make it usable in everyday work - resulting in more efficiency and innovation in all areas.

Winners will be announced at an evening event at The Barbican in Central London on Wednesday, 3rd September.

This will kick off with a drinks reception in the stunning Conservatory, followed by a three course meal, and awards ceremony in the Garden Room.
