College Possible launches new AI-powered student support system offering personalized learning and guidance

AI

College Possible, a non-profit organization focused on coaching, has announced the launch of Coach Possible, an AI-powered student coaching platform.

Coach Possible offers 24/7 access to personalized guidance, learning tools, and support. Working with coaches the AI platform helps support students through challenges such as forms and deadlines, allowing them to focus on learning.

The Salesforce-native platform uses student records and previous interactions to provide tailored support, while ensuring data is secure and never used to train public AI models.

The platform also allows coaches to support more learners, extending the reach of their support as demand for their services increases. Coaches can also access activity summaries, learning which tools help students succeed.

Institutions can also use CoPilot to track student wellbeing through the platform and support timely interventions, improving overall student outcomes.

"Too many students leave college not because they lack potential, but because the support they need isn't always available when it matters most," explains Dr Siva Kumari, CEO at College Possible. "Coach Possible is designed to change that. By harnessing AI to extend the reach of our coaches, we're creating a model of student support that is both scalable and deeply personal—ensuring learners have the guidance they need to persist, graduate, and have meaningful careers."

"Students today expect real-time answers and support on their schedules, not ours," adds Scott Del Rossi, Vice President of College and Career Success at College Possible. "They are balancing studies, family, and sometimes work, and they need answers in real time. Coach Possible doesn't replace coaches; it equips them to be more effective and more available. That's the kind of innovation it will take to move the needle on persistence and degree completion."
