Assessments 24x7 introduces AI-driven coach to support behavioral assessments at work

US-based assessment provider Assessments 24x7 has launched a new AI-powered assistant intended to support users working with its behavioral assessment tools. The feature, Assessments 24x7 Intelligence, is built on the company’s internal platform and trained on data from real assessment results and curated expert insights, rather than relying on publicly available web content.
Assessments 24x7 operates a SaaS platform used globally for behavioral assessments, with tools designed for integration into broader HR systems.
The company states that the tool is aimed at human resources teams, consultants, and professionals involved in coaching, team development, and recruitment. The AI assistant can respond to open-ended questions or provide suggestions from a pre-built library of workplace and relationship scenarios.
“Unlike conventional AI that uses generic internet-generated data, Assessments 24x7 Intelligence runs on our proprietary platform and is built on real assessment results and expertly curated insights from real people,” says Brandon Parker, CEO of Assessments 24x7.
Application in hiring, coaching, and leadership support
The assistant is designed to work alongside existing tools such as DISC, Motivators, and Emotional Intelligence assessments, offering users additional perspectives to inform decisions or resolve workplace issues. The feature is currently available at no additional cost to existing customers, and there are no monthly usage limits.
“Assessments 24x7 Intelligence isn’t meant to replace the knowledge and expertise of our customers but to enhance their ability to apply and implement results,” says Parker. “If someone is stuck on a problem or issue, our AI quickly delivers new perspectives, ideas, and approaches to consider.”
