Tyler Technologies acquires evaluation and tracking tool Edulink as it focuses on data-driven solutions

Tyler Technologies, a public service software provider, has acquired Edulink Incorporated, a provider of evaluation, compliance tracking, and workflow automation for educators.

Tyler says the acquisition adds to its human resources capabilities, bringing better functionality to its evaluations, clearances, professional development, and workflow automation capabilities.

Under the deal, Edulink’s management and staff will join Tyler’s Municipal and Schools Division.

“Supporting schools and educational institutions is foundational to Tyler’s mission of creating stronger communities, and our acquisition of Edulink is a natural fit as we continue to empower educational administrators with solutions to streamline their business and regulatory needs,” explains Sean Marlow, President of Tyler’s Municipal & Schools Division. Together, we’ll be able to deliver even more value, stability, and innovation for the K-12 administrators we serve.”

Edulink’s flagship offerings include evaluation and compliance tools PAETEP and Comply. PAETEP streamlines observations, goal setting, and performance reviews, while Comply helps schools manage professional development, clearances, and state mandates.

“Since our company’s founding, we’ve been committed to helping educators succeed by bringing efficiency and compliance to their administrative workflows,” adds David Myers, Co-founder at Edulink.

“Now, as a part of Tyler, we can expand that commitment to educational institutions across the country. We look forward to delivering best-in-class solutions to the K-12 market, combining our deep domain expertise in talent management with Tyler’s breadth of offerings.”
