Team4Tech opens six-week Experience AI cohort for nonprofit leaders

Team4Tech has taken to LinkedIn to announce the start of its Experience AI cohort, a six-week program designed to help nonprofit leaders strengthen their understanding of artificial intelligence and embed new digital skills into education initiatives worldwide.

Team4Tech, a nonprofit organization that supports education-focused Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) through technology capacity building, has taken to LinkedIn to confirm the launch of its latest professional learning cohort.

The six-week program is centered on Experience AI, an AI and machine-learning curriculum designed for teachers and students ages 11–14.

Experience AI, developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation and Google DeepMind, provides structured lessons on AI, machine learning concepts, and responsible technology use. Team4Tech’s cohort is designed to help nonprofit leaders understand the curriculum in detail and explore how it can be adapted for schools and community programs in varying local contexts.

The organization said participants will spend the program testing resources, reflecting on classroom application, and building confidence using AI-focused teaching materials. For NGOs working in environments with limited infrastructure, the emphasis on flexible implementation is expected to be central to how the curriculum is introduced to teachers and students.

Six international organizations join the program

Team4Tech confirmed that the cohort includes six nonprofits operating across diverse education and youth-development settings: EducAid Sierra Leone, Far Away Friends, Literacy in Northern Ghana (LING), Rising Hope Girls Educational Foundation, Ulalo, and WorldBeing.

EducAid Sierra Leone runs free schools, teacher-training programs, and tertiary initiatives focused on equitable access and personalized learning. Far Away Friends operates a model primary school and school-improvement programs in rural Uganda. LING delivers literacy and STEM support for girls in northern Ghana.

Rising Hope Girls Educational Foundation works in Nigeria to expand access to schooling, digital skills, and rights-based education for girls and young women. Ulalo, based in Malawi, partners with communities to improve youth transitions into further education, employment, and leadership roles. WorldBeing (formerly CorStone) provides mental-well-being programs for marginalized youth and works with governments to scale delivery nationally.

Team4Tech said the cohort is designed for leaders seeking to build foundational AI knowledge and bring structured resources to the communities they support. As nonprofit organizations look for practical ways to introduce AI and digital-literacy content, many continue to assess training needs, contextual adaptation, and long-term sustainability before wider rollout.
