ServiceNow and SENAI-SP partner on AI skills program to power Brazil’s digital economy

ServiceNow and SENAI‑SP announce a São Paulo‑wide training and certification program with Portuguese‑language courses, hands‑on labs, and job readiness support.

ServiceNow, a workflow and AI platform provider, has partnered with SENAI-SP, São Paulo’s state-level technical education institution, to deliver a new AI skills program in Brazil. The initiative was announced at the ServiceNow São Paulo Summit and is part of ServiceNow University.

The program will combine instructor-led training with localized Portuguese-language content, labs, and case studies. Participants will be able to pursue certifications in AI, digital workflow automation, and low-code or no-code development. Job readiness support is included to help connect training to employment opportunities.

Federico Grosso, group vice president of Latin America at ServiceNow, says:

“This partnership is more than an educational initiative, it is a catalyst for Brazil’s digital future. By combining scale, technology, and employability, we’re training and preparing Brazilians to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital economy. These skills are critical to our growing ecosystem of customers and partners who rely on ServiceNow to drive innovation and productivity.”

Focus on scale and employability

SENAI-SP, which registers more than one million learners each year, will use its network of 90 training centers and 78 mobile schools to make the courses available across the state. The program is expected to reach hundreds of learners in its first year. It also supports ServiceNow University’s global goal of training three million people by 2027.

The training aligns with Brazil’s National Digital Transformation Strategy and SENAI-SP’s focus on strengthening industrial competitiveness. A pilot program cited by the partners reported a certification completion rate of more than 70 percent and strong employability outcomes for graduates.

Emerson Costa Santos, director of the SENAI-SP Information Technology Unit, says: “Preparing professionals for the challenges of the digital economy requires foresight and strong industry ties. By integrating ServiceNow’s AI Platform into our training ecosystem, we are giving students a competitive edge aligned with Industry 4.0.”
