Claude Code team at Anthropic opens role for technical documentation lead
Anthropic is recruiting for a Technical Documentation & Content Engineer to join its Claude Code team. The update was shared on LinkedIn by research recruiter Eilona Maitski, who described the post as a chance to reimagine how Claude can transform learning experiences.
Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool designed to handle complex programming tasks. Maitski wrote, “This isn't your typical documentation role – you'll be reimagining how Claude can transform learning experiences from the ground up. Not only that, but you will be working closest with our wonderful Claude Code team!”
The role involves leading strategy for documentation, developing best practice guides, and producing multimedia content such as demos and workflow illustrations. Applicants are expected to read and analyze complex codebases at a senior engineering level. The job listing states an annual salary range of $280,000 to $405,000, with hybrid work in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.
Maitski emphasized the opportunity to influence how Claude Code is used worldwide. “Imagine creating code demos that push boundaries, and building educational content that makes complex AI concepts click for everyone,” she wrote. “Your work will directly shape how Claude is understood and used across the world – from startups to Fortune 500 companies.”
