Aidby rolls out free online caregiver training program with CEU credits across the US
Online platform Aidby is expanding its services with a new free caregiver training program recognized for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements in multiple states.

Aidby, a US-based online platform that connects families with caregivers and other service providers, will launch free online caregiver courses.
The training will be available nationwide and meet Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements recognized by several states.
The new initiative forms part of Aidby’s wider focus on professional development for caregivers, home aides, and related service workers using the platform. Enrollment will be free for registered users, with participants gaining access to a certificate upon completion.
Rajavarman Rajendran, Founder and CEO of Aidby, says, “Our caregivers are the backbone of homes and communities. By offering free, recognized CEU courses, we're making sure they get the tools, knowledge, and credentials they need—without the financial burden.”
Meeting training needs in a growing sector
The move comes as demand for trained care professionals continues to grow across the United States. Aidby’s course platform includes state-approved CEU credits, flexible online modules, and access on desktop and mobile.
The company says the new offering is intended to remove financial barriers for caregivers seeking to meet regulatory requirements or improve their qualifications.
Alongside the upcoming courses, the platform offers several built-in tools aimed at ensuring user safety and transparency. These include identity verification, interview video calls, and live tracking features for both providers and clients.
Aidby describes its model as commission-free, removing subscription costs and other charges typically applied by similar platforms. The company connects families with a wide range of support services, including childcare, eldercare, tutoring, cleaning, and pet sitting.
The new caregiver training program launches officially later this month. Rajendran adds, “By offering free, recognized CEU courses, we're making sure they get the tools, knowledge, and credentials they need—without the financial burden.”
