OpenAI to host first Belgium event in collaboration with ML6

Ghent event on November 18 will explore AI in enterprise applications, featuring insights from OpenAI’s Anouk Muis and ML6 CEO Nicolas Deruytter.

OpenAI will hold its first official event in Belgium later this month, according to a LinkedIn post by Anouk Muis, Solutions Engineer at the company. The event will take place on November 18 at Wintercircus Ghent and will be delivered in partnership with AI consultancy ML6.

The Ghent event will focus on enterprise applications of AI, showcasing real-world use cases and new technologies. Nicolas Deruytter, CEO of ML6, will announce “Unum,” described as ML6’s Enterprise Superintelligence platform. Muis will share strategies for how organizations can use AI “to build competitive advantage.”

Muis wrote that it would be “an afternoon packed with next-level AI insights and breakthroughs,” describing the session as OpenAI’s first official event in the country.

She added: “We’ll take AI to the next level, together with ML6. We’re hosting an exclusive OpenAI event together with Wintercircus Ghent.”

Key sessions to explore AI adoption and enterprise innovation

The agenda includes a session led by Anouk Muis, who will outline how organizations can move from early experimentation to practical implementation of AI. She will discuss how businesses can integrate OpenAI technologies such as ChatGPT into operations, reflecting on examples of how companies are using generative AI to improve decision-making, automate processes, and deliver value at scale.

ML6 Chief Executive Officer Nicolas Deruytter will introduce Unum, the company’s new enterprise platform described as a step toward “Enterprise Superintelligence.” His presentation will focus on how global organizations are beginning to apply AI strategically across functions—from data management to customer engagement—and how these systems are shaping the next phase of enterprise transformation.

The program will also include real-world demonstrations, showcasing examples such as VoiceAI at Actief and agentic data engineering tools that illustrate how intelligent systems are being used to enhance recruiting workflows and business analytics.

This collaboration marks OpenAI’s first in-person event in Belgium, a small but notable step in its European engagement strategy. Muis wrote: “Seats are limited — and this is one you won’t want to miss.”
