N-able U launches UEM product certifications to support secure and efficient IT operations
The new on-demand certification programs aim to improve user proficiency with the company’s unified endpoint management platforms.

N-able, a global software company specializing in unified cyber resiliency, has launched on-demand certification programs for its Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, N-central and N-sight.
Accessible through N-able U, the company’s learning portal, the certifications are designed to help IT teams get more from N-able’s automation tools and security features. The courses are free for customers and are aimed at improving day-to-day workflows, reducing downtime, and helping staff apply platform features effectively.
Louis Oosthuizen, a developer at Zhero, comments: “The certification content covers every single nook and cranny of what N-central has to offer to a point where even I, with my experience as a software engineer building toolsets around N-central, was able to learn a bunch of new things.”
Certifications tailored to staff and management
The training aims to support both technical staff and IT managers by offering structured content that includes drag-and-drop workflows, automation scripting, and tools for proactive monitoring, patch management, and reporting. Managers can use the courses to speed up staff onboarding and ensure consistency in platform use.
Frank Colletti, Chief Revenue Officer at N-able, explains: “We’re committed to delivering high-quality training that’s not only practical but impactful. Whether you're just starting out or deepening your expertise, these certifications are designed to ensure you get real value from our best-in-class UEM solutions.”
The new certifications are now live globally and were first introduced at the company’s Empower Berlin event. N-able plans to expand the offering with more advanced learning paths over time.
Colletti adds: “We want our customers to know exactly how to use our tools to solve real problems—quickly and confidently. This is about more than just passing a test—it’s about helping our customers succeed, stay secure, and be efficient.”
