Learning simulation provider ETU rebrands to Skillwell and launches AI-powered simulation platform
Learning simulation specialist ETU has rebranded to Skillwell and launched a new AI-powered simulation platform.
Skillwell Simulate creates personalized, real-world environments aligned with each learner’s job role and capabilities.
"The pace of change today means organizations can't afford learning that lags behind real performance needs," explains Phill Miller, CEO of Skillwell. "With Skillwell, we're harnessing the power of AI to deliver tailored simulations in a matter of minutes and close persistent skills gaps."
Skillwell says clients using its AI-powered simulation platform have reported a 20-50 percent increase in skills mastery.
Global healthcare company Merck has been using Skillwell Simulate for its compliance training and reported a 21 percent increase in skill performance scores and 15 times faster training deployment.
"With Skillwell simulations, our employees don't just complete training—they practice applying knowledge in the kinds of decisions they face every day," said Keith Lillico, Strategic Learning & Development Leader at Merck. "We've seen higher engagement, stronger knowledge retention, and more confidence in navigating real-world situations."
