Hupside CEO partners with John Cabot University to bring AI workshops and lectures to students and staff
Hupside, a software provider, has announced its CEO and Founder Jonathan Aberman is collaborating with the Frank J. Guarini School of Business and the Institute for Entrepreneurship at John Cabot University (JCU) in Rome on AI literacy.
Aberman will lead a series of workshops and lectures aiming to help students and staff use AI for learning, creativity, and innovation.
“AI can be an incredible tool, but only if we use it to strengthen what makes us human: our ability to think creatively and independently,” explains Aberman. “AI doesn’t actually think; it predicts. If we just accept what it gives us, we stop thinking for ourselves.
“At JCU, we’re helping students and professors learn to use AI thoughtfully, as a way to expand their ideas and judgment rather than replace them. This is how we prepare the next generation to lead in a world where human originality is the true competitive advantage.”
“At John Cabot University, we see AI literacy as a vital part of modern education,” adds Luigi Nasta, Assistant Professor of Management and Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship. “Our goal is to give students and faculty the knowledge and confidence to engage critically with AI and use it to strengthen their creativity, originality, and judgment. This collaboration with Jonathan builds on that mission, helping us shape a thoughtful, human-centered approach to teaching and learning in the age of AI.”
The initiative will also include guest speakers and hands-on workshops, aiming to give participants the skills needed to use AI responsibly.
