The partnership will integrate 50 of GoodHabitz’s top courses into Cornerstone’s Content Subscriptions, creating tailored learning pathways aiming to meet the needs of today’s workforce.

The selected courses will be available through Cornerstone's Professional Skills, Modern Compliance, and Leadership and Management Subscriptions and will cover workplace skills including inspirational leadership, management and teamwork, productivity, and commercial skills.

Organizations are increasingly focused on their workforce’s professional and human skills. A recent survey from Gartner found just 36 percent of HR leaders believe their leadership development programmes are effective at preparing leaders to face future organisational challenges.

Businesses using Cornerstone Content will be able to integrate GoodHabitz content with other resources in their subscriptions, creating tailored learning pathways to fit their specific workforce's needs.

“Partnering with Cornerstone allows us to bring our high-quality learning experiences to an even broader audience,” explains Annabelle Vultee, CEO at GoodHabitz. “For businesses, this means easier access to engaging, localised training that can be seamlessly integrated into their existing learning platforms - helping employees develop the skills they need to thrive.”

“The addition of GoodHabitz content to Cornerstone Content Subscriptions brings high quality content with localized languages, cultural references, and equivalents for a consistent and relevant learner experience across geographies,” adds Kate Rotunno, VP of Content Strategy at Cornerstone. “Together, GoodHabitz and Cornerstone offer a significant breadth and depth of content and experiences across widely applicable topics and languages.”

Last year, Cornerstone entered a strategic partnership with Meta to enhance the use of AI and extended reality in workforce training.
