GoodHabitz and Pera launch integrated hiring and learning solution to address Europe’s skills gap

The partnership will combine predictive AI screening with personalized workplace learning, starting in Spain and the Netherlands before expanding across Europe.

HR technology companies GoodHabitz and Pera have announced a partnership to link predictive hiring with post-hire skills development across Europe.

GoodHabitz, which operates an online platform for workplace learning, will integrate its tools with Pera, a Dutch startup using AI to match candidates to job roles based on a three-question screening process. The collaboration will initially launch in Spain and the Netherlands, with expansion to other markets planned for 2026.

Predictive hiring linked to learning paths

The new solution brings together Pera’s candidate evaluation system and GoodHabitz’s learning platform to support both recruitment and employee development. Employers will be able to identify talent with high potential and align that insight with tailored training and onboarding resources.

Pera’s platform is designed to reduce reliance on resumes and traditional assessments by using predictive algorithms and psychometrics. Candidates answer three questions, and the tool ranks them according to their fit with specific roles and expected on-the-job performance.

GoodHabitz provides self-assessments and curated learning journeys based on individual needs, with a focus on developing human and soft skills for the workplace.

Annabelle Vultee, CEO at GoodHabitz, says: “Organizations globally are facing a huge skills challenge – they can’t find the right people or develop them fast enough. Our partnership with Pera marks a big step towards solving this for businesses.

“Pera helps organizations predict whether a candidate is the right fit for the company by having them answer just three questions. GoodHabitz then fuels their development post-hire, ensuring they have the skills to drive career and organizational success."

Rollout begins in June 2025

The joint platform will be offered to select clients in Spain and the Netherlands starting June 1, 2025, with a broader rollout across all GoodHabitz markets expected in early 2026.

Rina Joosten, CEO at Pera, says: “With this partnership, we’re creating a true end-to-end people solution. We predict candidate-company fit in just three questions, so organizations can hire smarter, better, and faster. Coupled with GoodHabitz’s scalable learning content, companies will see faster onboarding, sharper skills development and simply better performance.”
