Becker Academy launches new Learning Management System and courses with the University of Missouri
Becker, a provider of exam reviews for accounting and finance professionals, has expanded its Becker Academy scheme with the University of Missouri to include new courses and launched a new Learning Management System.

Launched in 2024 in partnership with the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business at the University of Missouri, Becker Academy aims to help students improve their understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
Adding to its flagship Financial Accounting Foundations 1, Becker Academy is launching Financial Accounting Foundations 2 and Individual Tax Foundations. The new courses aim to help students in strategic subject areas.
Becker is also launching its standalone Becker Academy LMS platform, which aims to provide engaging learning and comprehensive support. Access to the platform and diagnostic assessments for each course is provided free to any learner.
After taking complimentary assessments, learners will receive a detailed score report and personalized learning path with recommendations for next steps.
“Becker is extremely proud of our partnership with the University of Missouri and the Becker Academy courses we’ve built together. We believe wholeheartedly that students will reap tangible benefits from building a foundation or having a different perspective on crucial topics that will help them excel throughout their careers,” says Ed Clark, President at Becker Professional Education.
Earlier this year, Becker launched Newt AI, a new learning and study assistant that will help students through their exam review journeys. The new tool was developed using Becker content and curriculum and has been trained on the content of each credentialing exam. It promises to give up-to-dare and accurate responses.
