Jeni Long takes on new role as Solutions Architect at MagicSchool AI
Jeni Long has announced that she has joined MagicSchool AI as a Solutions Architect. The update was shared in a LinkedIn post in which Long reflected on her journey with the company and her ongoing commitment to supporting educators through safe and scalable AI tools.
MagicSchool AI is a generative AI platform built for educators, designed to reduce workload and streamline classroom planning. The company says its technology supports over five million educators worldwide by automating repetitive tasks and helping teachers personalize learning experiences.
Bringing classroom experience to AI implementation
Before taking on her new role, Long served as Texas Account Executive at MagicSchool AI and helped grow the company’s educator community. She also worked with districts across the state to introduce responsible and efficient AI use in classrooms.
“This next chapter as a Solutions Architect allows me to blend everything I love most—communication, relationship building, and collaboration—with my passion for helping schools and district leaders implement AI tools that truly empower educators and students,” says Long.
Drawing on more than 25 years in education, including roles as a teacher, technology integration specialist, and curriculum leader, Long emphasized the importance of trust and connection when introducing new technology.
“With my background as both a district leader and a sales representative, I understand firsthand the challenges educators face and the importance of trust, clarity, and connection when introducing new technology,” she says.
Long noted that she will continue working closely with Texas schools as they explore AI tools to improve classroom efficiency and engagement.
“I’m excited to continue supporting schools across the state in leveraging AI to make teaching more efficient, engaging, and impactful,” says Long.
