Harvard Business Publishing rebrands corporate learning and education units as Harvard Business Impact
Harvard Business Impact will unify the company’s learning initiatives across enterprise and education markets.

Harvard Business Publishing (HBP), an affiliate of Harvard Business School, has introduced Harvard Business Impact as the new name for its Corporate Learning and Education divisions. The rebrand is intended to reflect a shared purpose of supporting leadership development through applied learning experiences.
Harvard Business Impact reports it currently works with over 300 companies and 4,000 educational institutions across 75 countries. Its work spans both organizational and classroom contexts, with programs designed for students and professionals at varying levels.
Two-unit structure for enterprise and education clients
The Enterprise division of Harvard Business Impact develops leadership programs tailored for businesses. These offerings are designed to support learning at scale, from emerging professionals to senior executives, using contextualized and research-informed formats.
The Education division supplies academic institutions with a catalog of over 65,000 resources, including case studies, simulations, articles, and online modules. These are paired with teaching support materials to help faculty prepare students for complex, real-world challenges.
The rebranding effort maintains the organization’s connection to Harvard Business Publishing, which will remain the parent company. Harvard Business Review will continue to operate as a separate entity within the organization, focused on publishing articles and insights for a global management audience.
Reinforcing mission and global strategy
The move aims to create a more cohesive identity across HBP’s leadership development offerings, while emphasizing a research-based, outcome-driven approach.
Sarah McConville, Co-President of Harvard Business Publishing, comments: “Harvard Business Impact communicates our belief that lasting leadership is built through continuous, applied learning. Under this new identity, we are bringing the full power of our insights, partnerships, and learning expertise to move leaders forward at every stage.”
