GACM Technologies acquires a 30 percent stake in Indian AI EdTech company WeXL Edu
Financial consultancy and technology consultancy company GACM Technologies has acquired a 30 percent stake in Indian AI EdTech company WeXL Edu, according to an exchange filling posted to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Headquartered in Hyderabad, WeXL Edu provides education technology including AI-powered subject grading, personalized learning pathways, and real-time English language fluency diagnostics.
WeXL Edu’s flagship, AI BET (Bharat English Test), offers a 15-minute CEFR-aligned diagnostic that certifies English proficiency and claims to convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.
The company also provides AI-powered subjective corrective and a micro-learning program aiming to elevate student learning outcomes and teacher effectiveness. Its Command Control Centre provides educators with real-time visibility into student performance and faster, data-informed decision making.
WeXL Edu’s website says: “WeXL aims to be a Global leader in AI and provide Innovative Technology Solutions for Next Gen Education ecosystem. We deliver AI Powered, "Make in India", Patented products/solutions that transform how K12 (Schools), Colleges, Universities, and Corporates empower their learners (students and employees).”
GACM Technologies said the deal was worth Rs 500 crore, according to the filing.
The Indian company says it plans to use WeXL’s dataset and platform to strategically transitions into building an advanced AI agency framework.
