Public school provider engage2learn adds AI powered feedback to GroweLab platform
Strategic implementation partner for public school districts in the U.S., engage2learn, has added artificial intelligence (AI)-powered feedback to its support platform GroweLab.

The new feature enables users to upload documents, images, videos and other content for immediate, AI-powered feedback on specific skills. Provider engage2learn says it will give educators personalized feedback, reducing reliance on administrators.
"Feedback is essential to growth, yet leaders at every level are stretched too thin to give educators the feedback and guidance they desperately need," explains Shannon Buerk, CEO at engage2learn. "This AI-powered feature removes that bottleneck, offering personalized, evidence-aligned insights on demand."
The AI model has been trained by engage2learn’s expert educators and provides teachers with actionable suggestions and guidance to help improve implementation. The feedback given is role-specific and rooted in best practices.
This innovation arrives amid educator shortages in the U.S. and increasing demands on coaches and trainers in the sector, according to engage2learn. It says GroweLab's AI feedback feature will offer personalized support at scale, without compromising quality or consistency.
"Our AI is trained exclusively on engage2learn’s student-centered, research-based content that is validated to increase student achievement and engagement," adds Buerk. This training ensures AI feedback provided in GroweLab does not reinforce pedagogical bias toward teacher-directed instruction, but rather aligns with modern educational principles.
The news comes shortly after UK based apprenticeship and adult education providers Realise launched Realise Assist, an AI-powered journal support tool built to improve the quality and quantity of learner journal entries.
