I am excited to build on their existing AI innovation and continue to help enterprises operationalize AI at scale securely, responsibly, and with measurable impact.”
Baxi has more than 30 years of experience in scaling platforms at Amazon, Intuit, and Microsoft, including leading Amazon Search’s customer facing experience.
“Workforce solutions at scale must be resilient, seamless, and trusted by enterprises,” Baxi adds. “Cornerstone has proven it can deliver at this level, and I look forward to extending that capability even further.”
“We’re shaping a leadership team that pushes the boundaries of AI to create solutions that empower organizations to anticipate talent needs, unlock human potential, and deploy the next generation of AI agents,” Himanshu Palsule, CEO of Cornerstone adds. “Bringing in Jayaraman and Baxi is so much more than bringing in more talent to shape the future of the company, we’re reimagining the future of work.”
Writing on LinkedIn, Palsule added that the two new members of Cornerstone’s executive team will help the organization “continue to push the boundaries of AI innovation, building on what we have today at Cornerstone and taking it into the future”.
