CFP Board launches AI-powered Exam preparation tool

CFP Board, the professional body for personal financial planners in the U.S., has announced the launch of CFP Exam Prep, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform designed to support candidates pursuing CFP certification.

Available from May 12, 2025 and developed in collaboration with Prometric, the platform uses AI and microlearning tools to offer a personalized study experience accessible via app or browser on iOS, Android, Mac, PC and Chromebook.

CFP Exam Prep expands the suite of resources available to help candidates prepare for the CP exam and can be used alongside the CFP Practice Exam, which simulates the exam experience for candidates, helping them to gauge their readiness and target any weak spots..

CFP Exam Prep offers candidates:
