Digital retailer The Very Group announces launch of LinkedIn Learning across its organisation

The Very Group, a digital retailer that operates Very and Littlewoods, has launched Linkedin Learning across its business, opening the door to over 20,000 resources and supporting career progression with personalised learning recommendations, featuring an AI powered bot to practise soft skills through interactive roleplay, like giving and receiving feedback.

In a LinkedIn post, Hayley (Kelly) Murray, Group Head of Talent & Development, said: “Exciting milestone for our team! I’m beyond thrilled to share that we have officially launched LinkedIn Learning across our organisation. This is more than just access to thousands of courses - it’s a huge step forward in empowering our colleagues to learn, grow, and unlock their full potential.”

Winners will be announced on 14 January 2026 as part of an online showcase featuring expert commentary on emerging trends and standout innovation. All winners and finalists will also be featured in our first print magazine, to be distributed at BETT 2026.
