Oakland Everything Data launches first training academy dedicated to careers in data, AI and digital consultancy

Oakland Everything Data, a UK-based data consultancy, has announced the launch of Oakland Future, which claims to be the first training academy dedicated to fast tracking talent into careers in AI, data, and digital consultancy.

Oakland Futures is a four-week immersive program that offers participants a chance to work on real-life projects for real Oakland clients. Full-time roles at Oakland are available on completion of the course.

Participants can also access workshops and masterclasses delivered by Oakland experts in areas including project management, cloud engineering, stakeholder management, and sales and marketing.

Oakland’s clients include Network Rail, Vodafone, and Hitachi Energy. The consultancy also celebrated its 40th anniversary earlier this year.

“Oakland Futures is something I’ve been working on in the background, and I’m incredibly passionate about,” says Lauren Lewis, Futures Lead at Oakland. “At Oakland, we talk about ‘freedom to grow,’ and Oakland Futures is just that. It’s such a unique experience, it’s not all about theory; you’ll be hands-on, working with clients almost straight away, but in a brilliantly supportive environment, it really is an amazing opportunity.”

The program will welcome its first cohort in January 2026.
