Macmillan Learning and Invoke Learning partnership brings data driven engagement to higher education

Macmillan Learning, a digital education company, has announced a new partnership with Invoke Learning, a specialist in predictive analysis for higher education, aiming to improve student outcomes and operational efficiency using data

The partnership between Macmillian Learning and Invoke Learning aims to integrate various sets of data to form a unified, intelligent platform.

By combining data from learning management systems, facility usage and advisory notes, the partnership aims to create a unified, intelligent data platform.

Higher education has often used primary data as a tool for reflection,” explains Steven Ray, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Macmillan Learning. “By combining the strengths of Macmillan Learning and Invoke Learning, colleges and universities now have the opportunity to move from insight to impact, and to transform the student experience both in and beyond the classroom.

“Too many institutions are dealing with data chaos,” adds Lige Hensley, CEO at Invoke Learning. “The InvokeClarity platform brings all institutional data into one system, breaking down silos and enabling campus leaders to make faster, more informed decisions.”

The partnership also aims to help institutions improve operational efficiency and allocate their resources more effectively. This could include assessing the impact of student success initiatives or improving campus-wide coordination, as the two companies aim to help institutions move from reactive into proactive responses.

The development comes months after Macmillan Learning announced the launch of its Professional Development Institute. The institute opened on May 13 with "Teaching with Generative AI: A Course for Educators," a two-month, facilitator-led programme focusing on AI in education.
