Datavault AI joins White House council and expands digital ID tech for education and beyond
Company ramps up VerifyU use in academic credentialing while taking on White House advisory role and showcasing digital identity at national events.
Datavault AI, a publicly traded company specializing in AI-driven digital identity and data infrastructure, has been appointed to the White House Experience Advisory Council. The council, launched by the White House Historical Association, focuses on modernizing how the Executive Mansion shares and preserves American history using innovative technology.
Company representatives, including Chief Financial Officer Brett Moyer and Chief Marketing Officer Sonia Choi, attended the inaugural meeting in Washington, D.C., joining leaders from government, education, and technology.
Stewart McLaurin, President of the White House Historical Association, says, “The White House Experience Advisory Council helps ensure The People's House dynamically and comprehensively tells our nation's evolving story in a way that resonates with visitors. We appreciate Datavault AI's collaboration in supporting cutting-edge technology to continue sharing the rich history of the Executive Mansion.”
Choi adds, “As a company rooted in technology, we’re proud to contribute cutting-edge AI infrastructure that enhances both access and preservation for generations to come. We’re deeply humbled to be asked to contribute to something so fundamentally American. To be in the room where national memory is shaped is a responsibility we as an organization will strive to live up to.”
VerifyU supports academic and professional credentialing
Alongside civic partnerships, Datavault AI is expanding VerifyU, its blockchain-powered credentialing platform that delivers secure academic and professional identity verification. The solution is designed to enable tamper-proof credentials that remain accessible throughout a person’s lifetime.
The technology is being positioned for use across multiple sectors, including higher education, where it supports institutions and learners in storing, accessing, and managing academic records, certifications, and identity data.
Datavault AI demonstrated the platform at the recent Cowboys Gathering in Addison, Texas—an invitation-only event hosted with LifeGenix Institute and attended by NFL alumni. Discussions at the event included potential integration of VerifyU with diagnostic imaging technologies to form a unified platform combining academic and health records.
Michael Swayden, CEO of LifeGenix Institute, says, “Partnering with Datavault AI opens new doors. Together, we’re exploring a ‘Twinstitute’ that combines diagnostics, credentialing, and digital identity into a single, secure system that empowers lifelong wellness and ownership.”
The event also included former professional football players such as Drew Pearson, Darren Woodson, Tony Dorsett, Larry Brown, Jay Novacek, Leon Lett, Mark Stepnoski, and Nate Newton.
Larry Brown, Super Bowl XXX MVP, says, “It was a special event that reminded us just how strong the bond and lifelong friendship is that we all share as players.”
