Cornerstone OnDemand names Eric Lee Senior Vice President of Services and Support

Cornerstone OnDemand has appointed Eric Lee as Senior Vice President of Services and Support to lead its global delivery strategy and strengthen customer success across its Galaxy platform.

Cornerstone has appointed of Eric Lee as Senior Vice President of Services and Support. The news was shared by Ed Kaufman, General Counsel at the company, in a LinkedIn post and detailed further in a comany announcement.

Cornerstone OnDemand, a Santa Monica–based company that provides workforce agility and talent management solutions, said Lee will oversee global services and support operations, focusing on measurable customer impact and long-term value delivery.

Kaufman wrote: “Eric brings over 25 years of leadership experience in customer-focused services organizations—including key positions at Smartsheet, VMware, Infogain, Oracle, and BEA Systems. His proven track record in driving business impact and innovation will be instrumental as he leads our global strategy and delivery.”

Lee’s appointment comes as Cornerstone expands its leadership team to advance the company’s Galaxy platform, an all-in-one suite that integrates learning, performance, and compliance management with AI-driven capabilities.

According to the company, Lee’s leadership will help organizations “unlock workforce agility” and build adaptive strategies that align people, processes, and technology. He will work across teams to ensure every customer achieves measurable outcomes from Cornerstone’s solutions.

Lee shares his vision for human-centered innovation

Lee also took to social media to share his appointment, saying he is “excited to join Cornerstone OnDemand as Senior Vice President of Global Services & Support — to help shape how we deliver transformative value and measurable success for our customers around the world.”

He added: “We’re at an extraordinary moment in our industry. Technology, especially AI, is transforming how people learn, perform, and grow. Lee described Cornerstone’s Galaxy platform as “a powerful foundation to help organizations connect learning to performance, build skills for the future, and achieve impact at scale.” He also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to join “such a visionary company and leadership team,” and thanked Cornerstone CEO Himanshu Palsule “for his trust and inspiring vision.”

Experience across enterprise and technology services

Lee brings more than 25 years of experience leading service organizations in the software industry. Before joining Cornerstone, he held senior roles at Smartsheet and VMware and serves on the Advisory Board for the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), where he contributes to initiatives focused on customer experience and services excellence.
