A simple guide to creating your account, completing your entry and submitting through our awards platform
How to enter the ETIH Innovation Awards 2027, sponsored by Thesis SM, Bett UK and Retail Technology Innovation Hub
Entries for the ETIH Innovation Awards 2027 are submitted online through Zealous, our dedicated awards platform. To get started, follow the link to the ETIH Innovation Awards 2027 entry page and either create a free Zealous account or sign in if you already have one.
Once signed in, review the awards guidelines, choose the category you would like to enter and complete the application form. You will be asked to provide information about your entry, evidence of its impact and your organization, as well as a logo. You can also upload one optional supporting evidence file. Before starting, we recommend reviewing the 2027 categories and judging criteria so your submission is tailored to the award you are entering.
You do not need to complete your application in one sitting. Entries can be saved as drafts and returned to before the deadline. If you are submitting more than one entry, Zealous can pre-fill some previously entered information to make the process quicker, but each submission should be reviewed carefully and tailored to the individual category.
When your entry is ready, select the correct UK or International entry fee, complete payment and press Submit. Saving an application as a draft does not count as entering the awards. Once your submission has been successfully completed, it will appear as Submitted in your Zealous account and you should receive confirmation from the platform.
All entries must be fully submitted by 23:59 UK time on Friday 26 February 2027. After the deadline, entries are locked and cannot be amended.
