UiPath offers agentic automation training and certification for public sector professionals impacted by layoffs or looking to upskill and future-proof their careers.

Automation and AI software provider UiPath is hoping to equip public sector workers with the skills needed for real-world automation and AI projects amid changing workforce demands.

Amid the rapid adoption of agentic automation and recent disruptions in the US public sector, UiPath is launching training and certification tailored to public sector professionals with its UiPath Community and UiPAth Academy.

UiPath has partnered with Boundaryless, Greenlight Consulting and The Next Innings on the program, extending learning and career opportunities.

UiPath says its community support system will give public sector professionals access to real-time assistance as they progress through the course. This includes live interactive virtual sessions led by practitioners and support from peers and mentors though the UiPath Forum.

“UiPath is committed to investing in the future workforce through UiPath Academy and UiPath Community. In these unprecedented times, the Upskill to Agentic Automation program offers public sector professionals with an opportunity to reskill through educational opportunities and training,” says Chris Radich, Public Sector Chief Technology Officer at UiPath.

“This program furthers UiPath's commitment to upskiling and empowering professionals with the in-demand agentic automation skills to succeed in newly emerging careers and remain competitive in their roles.”

"Greenlight Consulting is proud to support this important workforce development initiative – especially during these times of unexpected displacement and uncertainty. This program is about opening doors for talented individuals to step into the future of work,” adds Melanie Lam, Director of Innovation at Greenlight Consulting

AI augmentation and agentic workflow automation are reshaping how we work, empowering people to elevate their thinking, create in ways that weren’t possible before, and grow beyond the traditional boundaries of their roles.”

UiPath previously partnered with FDM Group, a global business and technology consultancy, to develop new talent in automation and artificial intelligence.
