Australia’s Charles Darwin University to offer hyper-flexible degree courses to professionals in the UK

Charles Darwin University is opening applications for degree courses designed for young professionals in the UK.

The Australian university says the courses are specifically designed for UK-based professionals who want to access flexible courses.

Unlike traditional UK universities, Charles Darwin offers students the opportunity to start at any time, study online, and at their own pace, allowing them to work around work, family, and other commitments.

With prices starting at £12,000, UK students will be able to study online, with support from masterclasses held at its campus, which is due to open in spring 2026.

“When you have a quality product, such as our degree education, and can deliver it in a unique way, then there are no boundaries to what is possible or where,” explains Professor Scott Bowman, Vice-Chancellor and President at Charles Darwin.

“Education is about getting equipped with the tools for success and learning to use them. At Charles Darwin University, we're committed to ensuring anyone can access those tools when they need them, not just when they can afford them.”

Charles Darwin is expected to launch more UK courses in 2026, with the possibility of travel to Australia as part of the experience.

“In 2026, we will also be rolling out a series of masterclasses with world-renowned educators and trainers, where students can come together to learn and network with their peers,” Professor Bowman adds. “The masterclasses are important to us because they enhance the online learning experience.”
