Frédéric Hebert joins Rise Up as Chief Product Officer to lead edtech product strategy

Rise Up, a provider of learning technology platforms has appointed Frédéric Hebert as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Hebert, with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and product innovation in HR and Learning and Development (L&D), transitions from his role as Head of Digital Learning at Danone

During his tenure at Danone, he led initiatives that expanded the company's reach into emerging markets and introduced new products.

In his new role at Rise Up, Hebert is tasked with steering the company's product strategy to enhance the learning experience by integrating it into all business operations. His responsibilities will include developing new products, integrating partner HR and learning ecosystems, and aligning these efforts with their growth strategies. A significant focus will be on investing in real-time learning capabilities and utilising artificial intelligence technologies.

Hebert’s background includes significant stints at large enterprises like the Renault Group and Alstom, where he was instrumental in digitally transforming their HR departments. At Danone, he was responsible for crafting and implementing a global L&D strategy that supported the company's expansion and product innovation.

Reflecting on his new role at Rise Up, Hebert stated: “Making your mark in the technology industry as a scale-up can be challenging as transformative shifts are becoming a daily occurrence.

“My motivation is helping to take businesses to the next level, and I’m confident that with Rise Up’s unique offering, we can achieve some great things.” 

 Founded in 2014, Rise Up has been actively driving employee training and empowerment across Europe. With a recent €30 million in Series B financing, the company is focused on regional expansion.
